Twice the entertainment! Twice the fun! Now in its third season\, the popular downtown food truck round up will happen twice this summer: Wednesday\, July 13 and August 10. Both food truck events will take place from 4-8:30pm at Ashwood Park in downtown Bellevue right next to the Bellevue Public Library.\nThis year there will be over 10 food trucks with great food and treats plus live entertainment. \nSo mark your calendars and make plans to head to Ashwood Park for a great summer evening of food and fun. Be sure to bring your blankets and lawn chairs and picnic in the park. \nChow Downtown Food Truck Round Up is sponsored by City of Bellevue Parks & Community Services\, King County Library and Bellevue.com. \nEvent: Chow Downtown Food Truck Round Up\nDate: Wednesday\, July 13 & August 10\, 4 – 8:30pm\nLive music: On July 13\, live entertainment will feature: \nBudapest West (5:30-6:30pm) – Whether you call it “electro-world-groove” or “belly dance rock” or “world-fusion”\, the sounds of East meets West merge into the Budapest West sound that will have you dancing\, grooving\, and journeying into far the away mythical lands of our collective past.\nSeattle Kokon Taiko (7-8pm) – Taiko is a dynamic synthesis of rhythm\, movement and spirit originating in Japan and evolving as a folk art over the last several hundred years. Seattle Kokon Taiko performance combine the ancient with the modern; performing traditional pieces and contemporary compositions.\nLocation: Ashwood Park (10820 NE 10th Street)\, next to Bellevue Public Library.
