DESCRIPTION:Bellevue College will hold a ceremony for the permanent installation of the Never Again is Now mural on campus on Thursday\, June 11\, 2026. The ceremony\, titled “Never Again is Now: A Permanent Commitment\,” seeks to honor the work of Seattle artist and activist Erin Shigaki while committing to learning from past injustices and mistakes made throughout history. The mural depicts two Japanese American children on the day they are being forced into a World War II American incarceration camp.
