The Inauguration Ceremony (Rakkei Shiki) for the Pacific Northwest Peace Pagoda is scheduled for Saturday, May 23, 2026, in Poulsbo, Washington. Held at the Ground Zero Center for Nonviolent Action, this invitation-only event by Nipponzan Myohoji features traditional Buddhist ceremonies to dedicate the new monument, which stands near Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor to promote world peace.
